I did crossfit (on-ramp) for the first time at San Carlos Crossfit today and found out that it wasn't easy. I actually almost gave up due to some stamina problems. I think I have the strength for it but not endurance, at least for now. I need to learn how to pace myself. I tend to rush things in the beginning that I literally run out of breath midway in the program. Everyone in the beginners class smoked me, very humiliating. The program will be a total of 6 sessions every MWF. Check out sancarloscrossfit.com
Today's program:
30 minutes of warm up/ stretching
Circuit training:
10 minutes/as many cycles/reps
5 pull ups
10 pushups
15 Squats
Circuit training:
sit-ups for 20 seconds/10 seconds rest (5 reps)
I did not finish most of them due to endurance problems. I'll try again next Wednesday.
